- Right now we are stocking limited sizes but will stock a bigger variety in the future.
- Items for refund or exchange must be sent back to Griffin's Haru no later than 10 days (including weekdays, weekends and national holidays) after the date of delivery at the customer's shipping address.
- Items must be sent in their original condition and in resalable condition.
- Please make sure all hair (human or pet) is removed and the item is clean.
- All stickers and tags must be attached and the item in its original packaging.
- If the good's arrive in a verifiable damaged or spoiled state the customer can choose to refund or exchange the product/s, Griffin's Haru will be responsible for all shipping fees and the goods will refunded/exchanged as soon as they arrive at Griffin's Haru in their original condition.
- In the case of verifiable incorrect goods being sent the customer can choose to refund or exchange the product/s, Griffin's Haru will be responsible for all shipping fees and the goods will refunded/exchanged as soon as they arrive at Griffin's Haru in their original condition.
- In the case of the customer having ordered the incorrect size/color/design, and wants to exchange it for another product, please shoot us an email to let us know. In this case the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Please send the product/s back to us in their original condition to the shipping address below. Once the goods arrive at Griffin's Haru, the customer will pay the return shipping fee, usually $6 or $10 and we will send the new product/s back to the customer.
- In the case of the customer having ordered the incorrect size/color/design, we don't accept refunds. Please check the size chart and measurements before buying. All garment's measurements are clearly stated on our website. Also please check the colors before making a purchase.
- Please do not send back items that have been used or worn. We are not responsible for shipping back products that do not meet Griffin's Haru's standards.
- Only originally priced items may be returned or exchanged, not sale items.
- Free items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Only one exchange per customer’s order is viable due to handling times and shipping times.

- When shipping internationally customs fee is a fact of life. We sadly have have no control over this, it's also unpredictable how much an individual will be charged and WHO will be charged. Therefore, this is one factor that we cannot control so when when you order from us, you will be responsible for all customs charges.
- We cannot give you an exact date for delivery but most internationally shipped packages typically take 1week - 3 weeks (depending on your location) to arrive. Deliveries are only deemed to be late after 5 weeks have passed.
- After an order is made, it takes 1 or 3 business days to process, customers will then be sent their order's tracking information.
- Please note that the maximum product shipping weight is 2kg, orders over 2kg will be sent as separate packages.
- In the case of a package being marked as delivered on the tracking system but not physics delivered, please contact your local post office first to find out if the package is there. If the package is not located at your local post office. Griffin’s Haru will initiate a postal delivery investigation with the EMS company. This investigation can take up to 4 weeks. Once the investigation result is received the customer may or may not be legible for a refund depending on the investigation results.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Customers will be responsible for shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us unless stated as above in the case of damaged/spoiled goods or incorrect orders. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. In the case that you choose not to use insured tracking, we're not held responsible for the package if it is lost or not received.
